University Highlights
- At lunchtime, many of our students take use of the university cafeteria, which provides low-cost meals (when Romanians have their main meal of the day).
- Our students have access to the main Ovidius University Library, which is located in the heart of campus, as well as the numerous smaller faculties’ libraries. The majority of its catalogues are available online.
- In addition to computer facilities for students at different faculties, the Ovidius University Library’s virtual library hall provides access to computers.
- International students at Ovidius University benefit greatly from the International Student Club.
- The Language Centre offers international students and scholars the opportunity to improve their Romanian, English, German, French, and Italian language skills.
- For the first two years of study, physical education is part of the mandatory curriculum. International students can choose from a wide range of sporting activities given by the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports and participate in them.
- Under the same rules as Romanian students, international students are allowed to participate in some extracurricular sporting activities.

MBBS Admission Process in Ovidius University of Constanta
Application Form Access
Candidates must upload all required documents in pdf or jpeg format to the online platform, in the foreign student’s section, as listed in the list of required documents below.

Form Completion Guidance
The staff of the Department for International Students will review the application files for completeness and validate those that are. Candidates with incomplete files will receive a notice with instructions on how to complete them.

Provisional Admission Facilitation
The Department for International Students will transmit the list of eligible candidates and their files to the Romanian Ministry of Education's (DGRIAE) appropriate departments for the issuance of the Acceptance Letter.

Visa Invitation Coordination
According to the calendar of admission for each faculty, a list of admitted candidates (who have been issued the Acceptance Letter) is published.
