Bogomolets National Medical University was established in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 1841. It is one of Ukraine’s most prestigious universities for MBBS studies.
In 1920, the university’s medical faculty was reformed. On September 9, 1941, Bogomolets National Medical University had its first lecture. Bogomolets was renamed O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University after physiologist Alexander A Bogomolets.
