About Guangzhou Medical University
GMU’s clinical medicine department is among the top 1% of the globe in terms of ESI rankings (Essential Science Indicators). GMU has one state-level discipline and nine state-level clinical specializations, as well as a large number of provincial disciplines and specialties. In China, respiratory medicine is ranked first, while thoracic surgery is ranked fifth.
